Depends what the problem is your trying to resolve. There maybe a cross over during sessions. If you have a diagnosed mental disorders that you wish to manage then I suggest therapy. For mild to moderate levels of anxiety, depression, fear (almost everyone at some point in life) then coaching / therapy.
If you are aiming to achieve a specific goal like, find a partner, negotiate a pay rise, find a new job etc then most definetly coaching.
Everyone is a candidate for coaching or therapy, because everyone needs help sometimes. Even the most successful people in the world have had a help from a coach or seen a therapist.
Most definitely! Coaching is focused on the present and future, because the past does not equal the future. I am solutions focused so I will give you real life psychology based tools that you can apply to your life straight away.

Like getting a degree from University, change and emotional mastery does not happen over night. Typically it takes anywhere from 3 months to 1 year to re-inforce good habits.
Most coaching is done online, however if we are in the same location – yes.
Typically we will have a coaching session every week and they will last approx 50minutes. Delivered on a platform such as skype or zoom.
